Located in the heart of Mount Desert Island, Beechwood is no more than 10 minutes from all the attractions Acadia National Park has to offer. From Bar Harbor and the breathtaking Park Loop Rd to Bass Harbor and its famous lighthouse, you'll spend more time exploring the wonders of this lovely island and less time getting there. Within just two miles of the house are three wonderful swimming and boating lakes, several spectacular hiking trails, beautiful Somes Harbor, and just up the road, Beech Hill Farm, the only organic farm stand on the island.
